A meeting has been arranged for parents of Y.5 pupils regarding the planned educational visit for May of next year, in the Main Hall on Thursday, 11^th October 2007 at 6.30 p.m.

DATES: Tuesday, 29^th April to Friday, 2nd May 2008

TIMES Leave at 9.00 a.m. Tuesday. Return 3.30 p.m. Friday.

ACCOMMODATION: Cober Hill Hotel, Cloughton

TOTAL COST: £126.00

DEPOSIT: £30 (non returnable)

SAVINGS SCHEME: Wednesdays as per payment card

CURRICULUM FOCUS: Geography, Science, History

The school is very aware about the costs involved in these visits and we try hard to keep them to a minimum.

As with all visits we need to pay a deposit to confirm our bookings therefore I would be grateful if you could complete the consent form and return it to school with the deposit by Wednesday, 31^st October. If you are in receipt of Income Support or Family Credit and are concerned about the cost please come and have a confidential discussion with me. Unfortunately the visit will not be able to go ahead if sufficient funding cannot be raised.

Late cancellations incur further costs and cause difficulties with organisation. Please consider family holiday bookings carefully. The visit to Cloughton will form the basis for curriculum work in school during the Summer term. Yours sincerely,
