Dear Parent/Guardian

Year 5 Trip to Yorkshire Water

As part of our work on Rivers and Water this term we have arranged for Year 5 children to visit Yorkshire Water near Howden. Mrs Francescon’s class will go on

8 May 2008 followed by Miss Gilbert’s class a week later on 15 May 2008.

There will be no charge for this trip as the money was raised by Year 5 teachers hosting two Swiss Teachers earlier this year.

Please provide you child with a packed lunch for the day and an extra drink.

Asthma suffers should make sure they carry their inhaler with them at all times.

Please sign the consent form below and return to Mrs Francescon and Miss Gilbert as soon as possible.
